Yes, generally 10%-15% are allowed to participate in the program on a first come, first serve basis.
The following is required:
In good standing (no outstanding lease violations, balances due, etc.)
At least 60 days left in the lease agreement or a signed renewal agreement
Executed Resident Hosting lease addendum.
Review the Hosting Rules located in the resident portal.
Obtain a short-term rental permit from their city (if required by local jurisdiction).
